Bien situé quand on veut être au calme mais beaucoup de choses proches à pieds comme des épiceries, boulangeries et plage. De plus, proche de la voie rapide pour pouvoir sortir rapidement de la ville et visiter les environs. Machine à laver à disposition. Cuisine bien équipée. Lit vraiment très confortable ! Hôte disponible facilement par message.

Déçue car le bougainvillier en photo n’y était plus vraisemblablement devenu trop imposant. La seule vue appréciable est celle sur la montagne sinon on a vu sur les toits de la ville. Problème d’humidité qui sent fort si on garde les fenêtres fermées prévoir de faire tourner son linge quand il fait beau pour le mettre dehors sinon ça ne sèche pas

I liked the setting, on a leafy road on the eastern outskirts of Kalamata, surrounded by gardens and of course a huge bougainvillea which almost hides the little spiral staircase up to the apartment. There’s a nice balcony and inside it’s very spacious and well appointed. A good measure of a place is how you feel about being stuck indoors all day when the weather is bad, and I had two whole days of that because of rainstorms. It was fine, there’s a big TV in the living room and the bedroom, and the living room is very comfortable. I also liked the fact that a local bus runs along the beach road, getting you up into the city centre and close to the castle. Kalamata is quite walkable, but it’s handy if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive into the city centre and park.
