Comfy beach flat, 10min to the city center

In a great location. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, always hot water, comfortable bed, air conditioning, two TVs. The terrace is large, and in the afternoon there is shade and it is a pleasure to sit. At 50m there is a city beach, a promenade, restaurants, the center is a 15-minute walk away. Although it is close to the promenade, there is no noise and it is quiet. There are parking spaces in front of the building and a large parking lot 20 meters away. Entry to the apartment is remote, lockbox code, and communication via messages is also excellent. All recommendations for this accommodation!

great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach

incredibly difficult to find from the provided instructions, Google maps and a lot of luck got us to the building, no flat numbers do we tried every door until we found one that worked! the owner did text us later in the day giving better instructions but even those would have confused, level 3 flat 3 would have been easy, as long as the door had a number 3 on it. soo many broken or miss matched items in the flat. the shower hanger was broken so you only had a hand shower, the kitchen sink tap was also broken. the mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on! no kettle? not enough pans for cooking and few utensils(no sieve)
