Odysseas Home Kalamata

La casa è abbastanza accogliente e luminosa. Gode di un ottimo terrazzino, di cucina e lavatrice. Purtroppo siamo rimasti una sola notte, ma la consiglio a chi intende passare un soggiorno più prolungato.

Truly a home away from home. You could tell that the hosts keep they apartment as they would like to be hosted: everything is super clean, a lot of appliances, olive oil, jams and other small gifts left for guests, detergent and toilet paper left available, clothing drier, hair drier, shampoo and shower gel etc. It was simply perfect! The keybox was in a clearly visible location, protected from the weather, we already had the code to the keybox from the owners upon arrival, could directly pick up the key and go up to the apartment. The building has an elevator and the hallway is very cool even when it's 35 degrees outside. The beds are comfortable and all the linen are clean. Everything is like the pictures, including the large balcony with a dinner table. TV was also great. There is air conditioning that works great, but we did not use it since the apartment is shady enough to remain cool even when it's hot outside. Everything they left in the apartment seemed carefully checked and renewed, no dirty leftover soap or almost empty bottles of shampoo. We truly felt at home and loved it. Location is very convenient also. Very close to the beach (10-15 minute leisurely walk), bus stations nearby, parking spaces available in the area, a gas station next to the apartment building, a lot of restaurants and even some nonstop supermarkets on the beachfront, the only thing to remember is that the old city center, market etc. is a bit further away, not really within leisurely walk. It might sound like I am praising them too much, but it truly expected all of our expectations. We couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely return when we travel to Kalamata next time.

The WiFi works by scanning a QR-code. For one a phone without a SIM card or a tablet without another internet connection, or for a laptop, a password would be helpful.

Sve. Čisto i uredno sa svim neophodnim za duži boravak, bili smo deset noćenja. Terasa velika, u hladu i uptrebljiva ceo dan, sa pogledom na zelenilo i planinu. Još jedna terasa osunčana ceo dan, za svakog po želji. Plaža na deset minuta laganog hoda, centar Kalamate na dvadeset minuta hoda. WiFi je izvanredan. Kuhinja opremljena, ležaj udoban. Sve !!
