Stayed at this property fo 32 nights. The host was incredibly kind and when I was delayed from a 7pm meet up time due to a taxi strike. He waited till 1 in the morning for me to arrive. He is also very prompt in his responses if you have any issues. The place is so close to the sea that you can easily hear the waves especially at night. Leaving the balcony door cracked even just a little brings in a lot of fresh sea air.
Overall, the bed was comfortable and had more than enough pillows to rest on. The place is very intimate so I’d recommend only 1 person or a couple at most staying here. Due to being on the same street as two grocers, a butcher’s shop, and a fruit/vegetable shop, you can easily get all you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re looking for a place to eat I’d recommend PanTony nearby.
The balcony is also strangely well protected enough from the rain to dry clothes. I’ve forgotten clothes out in the frequent early spring storms and had them come out bone dry.
The layout of the kitchen makes it awkward to cook or clean dishes, especially if you’re tall. Nothing particularly an issue once you get used to it after 2-3 nights.
As a heads up, the laundry machine drains into a pipe that only has a grate over it in the bathroom. If you’re not careful with how much detergent you use it will overflow soapy water onto the bathroom floor.
