Spacious Urban Haven-Family Home, Perfect location

The apartment is massive. It is on two floors: the lower floor consists of three bedrooms. bathroom and utility room (which houses the washing machine; the upper floor has a large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area but because the space is so large, each area feels separate. There is also a second toilet on this floor. Both floors have extremely generous balconies, each with their own dining tables and chairs, which can be reached by separate doors from any of the bedrooms, the kitchen dining room or lounge. The apartment is very well located, with five minutes walk of the harbour; the old town is a bit further away but still walkable in about 210 minutes. The property is equipped like a permanent family home and contains everything which one might require.

A lot of space for a bigger group of people, additionally has a very big sun terrace. Two bathrooms, one of them has an opportunity to shower. The bedrooms were: double, twin and twin. Location was super: 10min walking to the beach and 10min to a bigger supermarket. Free parking lot is good, while traveling by car. Very quick and good communication with the host, who speaks fluently English and seemed to be very nice person

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, alles in bester Ordnung

Είναι καλύτερο από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πρόθυμος να μας πληροφορήσει ότι ρωτήσαμε. Και την τελευταία μέρα που φεύγαμε ξέχασαμε Το κινητό και μέσω του συνεργείου μας άνοιξαν και το πήραμε. Γύρω από το σπίτι υπάρχει και φούρνος και σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια ιδανική τοποθεσία και ήσυχη. Έχει και πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο πολύ βολικό. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να ξανά βρεθούμε. Μας άρεσε πολύ και η Καλαμάτα
