THE place to stay in Kalamata. Perfect location near beach, railway park and old. Charming appartment with personality and a wonderful host. Looking forward to our next stay there!

Everything was perfect.

The property manager was wonderful, friendly, and exceedingly helpful, sending me maps and texts of places to visit and eat. He was also there to greet me outside the building and saved a parking spot for me. The rooftop deck was fabulous! What a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee!

The sit down shower setup did not work for me. There is a shower head, but you have no option except to sit in the tub. If you have bad knees or ankles (as in my case) getting up and down from inside that tub is not easy.

This is a value for money place half way between the beaches and the old town, so easy access to both. This accommodation is all about the rooftop space. You are in a city so having a private spacious area to eat breakfast / sunbathe/ enjoy the sunsets is invaluable. Yes inside is not that spacious and it is a little dated, but then you need to look at the great price. The host is fantastic. He was amazingly responsive, speaks perfect English and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I fully recommend this place if you want a chilled placed to stay without breaking the bank.

The shower is over the bath and hand held without a curtain, but that was hardly a unmanageable problem

Comfiest bed I've used on my 4 weeks of travel!! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and perfectly located! Could always find street parking, walk to cafes, supermarkets and the central square where there are loads of shops and restaurants. The host is wonderfully kind and helpful, too! My favourite part was the huge private rooftop! The views are stunning, we loved having meals and reading out there in the morning or evenings. We were able to wash our clothes and hang them out and still have plenty of room - busnus the breeze up there had them dry overnight!
