Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war nett, zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Er hat immer auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und gesagt was man in kalamata findet Z.B Busse ab 3€ . Er ist sehr Vertrauenswürdig und ich würde es weiter empfehlen. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung. Bus Haltestellen waren in der Nähe, Cafés und Supermärkte . Zum Strand und Innenstadt waren es auch nur 15-20 min Spaziergänge. Alles war super erreichbar und die Wohnung ist sehr sicher. Es gab sogar eine Kamera womit man sehen kann wer unten am Eingang klingelt. Was ich auch super fande ist , dass die Wohnung alles hatte was man braucht sei es Hygiene Artikel wie Deo Spülmittel für die Waschmaschine oder auch Sonnencreme. Insbesondere weil Sonnencreme mindestens 10€ kostet und es gab auch ausreichend Handtücher (5 Stück) . Besteck Mikrowelle Ofen war alles in Ordnung. Die View auf der Terrasse war fantastisch. Man konnte von oben aus die Berge und die Innenstadt genießen. Insgesamt würde ich aufjedenfall nochmal kommen

The property manager was wonderful, friendly, and exceedingly helpful, sending me maps and texts of places to visit and eat. He was also there to greet me outside the building and saved a parking spot for me. The rooftop deck was fabulous! What a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee!
The sit down shower setup did not work for me. There is a shower head, but you have no option except to sit in the tub. If you have bad knees or ankles (as in my case) getting up and down from inside that tub is not easy.

This is a value for money place half way between the beaches and the old town, so easy access to both. This accommodation is all about the rooftop space. You are in a city so having a private spacious area to eat breakfast / sunbathe/ enjoy the sunsets is invaluable. Yes inside is not that spacious and it is a little dated, but then you need to look at the great price.
The host is fantastic. He was amazingly responsive, speaks perfect English and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I fully recommend this place if you want a chilled placed to stay without breaking the bank.
The shower is over the bath and hand held without a curtain, but that was hardly a unmanageable problem
