Lovely week in Alnmouth

The location is great. We love Alnmouth - it's a thriving village with nice shops, pubs and restaurants and it's right on the coast and accessible for Northumbria's beautiful beaches. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped and just a few minutes walk from the village. The enclosed garden was ideal for our dog.

Not a big fan of plastic grass but loved everything else about the house.

Most comfortable place we have stayed in

Great location Just a short walk to the beach . Kitchen well stocked had everything you need . Loved the dining room . Beds comfortable . Outside space was great for sitting and relaxing in the evening. Nice enclosed space for the dog

One little thing , loads of clocks in the property but none worked . Maybe just need new batteries.

Very relaxing, great local walks.

The location is excellent as is the parking space. The lounge space is excellent and comfortable.

the outside seating area is becoming untidy and weedy, general kitchen cleaning equipment and at least a kitchen roll could be provided. The kitchen hob had not been cleaned after the previous visitor.

Excellent

The house was lovely, everything was high spec and felt quite new. Loved the dining room. Location was great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coast. Surrounding countryside is lovely, not much traffic and not too busy with visitors. Lots of places of historical interest to visit and stunning beaches. We were lucky with the weather which helped

Some instructions re: central heating, dishwasher would have been helpful. We figured it out eventually. No streaming services available. Only one set of keys is not enough, especially for 4 people Communication with Host and Stay was very unsatisfactory. We didn’t get the joining instructions a week before as we were advised in writing. I had to phone up to be told that the system had changed and they were now only giving one days notice. They hadn’t bothered to contact customers who were affected by this change. The reason for the change was that some people getting into apartments a day early. Not my problem! We ended up being given two different key codes which was pretty stressful the day before you’ve got a long journey.

Wonderful house in a wonderful seaside village.

We enjoyed the whole experience of the stay. The house was comfortable, it had everything you could need and had a lovely, private outside space. The location was excellent for walks, with the beach and local amenities 10 minutes away.

Fantastic Location,a comfortable home from home, away from home 10/10

The Location of the property was spot on, just a few minutes stroll to the heart of the village. The accommodation was excellent, finished to a very high standard. It had its own private parking which was a great bonus. I will be booking again

The one thing that we did miss was a welcome guide,although we were sent an online guide to access on our phones, you can't beat the hard copy in your hands, and if you're not tech savvy it would cause a slight inconvenience

Great house near the sea

Great little house, everything you need. Very clean. Great enclosed garden for the dog. Brilliant position - round the corner from 3 good pubs and access to the beach at the end of the road.

Bathroom sink a bit high. Bed a bit narrow. But that's just nitpicking really!

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to pubs, shops and beach. Well equipped and everything was clean and finished to a high standard. We loved the terrace, perfect spot for morning coffee and an evening gin. Garden was enclosed so safe for dogs. Alnmouth is a beautiful little village.

Great property, ideal for a family of 4. Well equipped and immaculately clean.

Beds were double height mattresses - too high for children. Deposit / Waiver situation could have been made clearer prior to booking.

this property was just perfect .. so much space and in wonderful condition with the comfiest beds and a great shower . great well stocked kitchen too and we appreciated the parking space

Very good

Facilities very good and very clean. Nice and warm. Perfect for visiting town and beach.

No hairdryer. Pale carpets too close to breakfast bar. Toilet downstairs doesn't flush properly. Shower temperature difficult to regulate. House felt quite dark. No plants and astroturf in garden.

Great house, all the things you need, great location!

The house is fantastic, great location minutes walk to the beach or into the town for food and drink.

Check-in and check-out times could be a little more flexible. Getting out at 10AM at the end of a long weekend is a bit early.
