FRESCO is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment with one bedroom. It is located in the city center, a few steps from the sea.
The decoration is modern. The colors of the apartment are soft and pure. The wooden furniture, the light fixtures bring warmth for a cozy atmosphere.
You will appreciate the balcony on the courtyard side where you can have your morning coffee and your glass of rosé in the evening.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Great property, large and as described. The entire building was very clean, safe and secure. It had everything we needed ànd we’re looking forward to booking our next trip at this location

The lounge area of the apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped.
Lovely bathroom with bath and shower was very spacious, and the added bonus of a heated towel dryer.
Modern and secure building.
We enjoyed our stay overall and pleased with the central location.
We would have preferred a better view from the balcony, but that is for our consideration, perhaps next time we would look to choose a more open view instead of looking out to buildings.

The apartment was ideally located, just a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and various forms of transportation. The Promenade was only a block away, and Old Town was about a 15-minute walk. The vacation rental managers, Nestor and Jeeves, were easy to work with and always available for assistance.

Great location and place has all the amenities. Really didn't care for the check in process of going to a office then walking to the unit a 6 minutes away. Otherwise it went really smooth. The only complaint was that we stayed for 5 nights and only provided 2 small rolls of toilet paper and no tissues in the box. Had to purchase toilet paper... the building was very quite... the balcony has no view at all other than other buildings...so don't think you will have this amazing view... otherwise the property was fine.
