La localización es perfecta, junto al Hotel Negresco y paseo marítimo. Hay un supermercado cerca y algunas pastelerías. El tranvía que va al aeropuerto está a 5 minutos andando. Zona súper tranquila y señorial. Ideal para quien quiere estar al lado de la playa sin el jaleo de la zona vieja. Además, Igor fue super amable a la hora de check in y check out, nos facilitó mucho los horarios.
Nada. Todo perfecto. Lo único que al ser un bajo, el único ventanal no se abre pero hay calefacción y aire acondicionado.

Studio spacieux, propre et décoré avec goût. Commerces, restaurants, proches, ainsi que la promenade des Anglais.Je conseille.
Un bémol pour la fenêtre que l on ne sait pas ouvrir. Mais excellent système d aération.
