Welcome!! Beautiful home located in the South Valley. Perfect to relax with the whole family or just yourself! This home has 2 full bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a stocked kitchen and complimentary coffee and creamer for the guests, with a stackable washer and dryer, and access to a huge front yard with private parking.
This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a fenced yard.

*The living room has comfortable couches and a smart TV.

The house is a duplex home. The driveway/ front yard is shared, just make sure to park your vehicles right in front of the home, inside the fenced yard. The home is not shared!! You’ll have the whole house to yourself.
Very peaceful neighborhood.
It is about 5 minutes away from a shopping center; Walmart, Ross, Ulta, Shoe Department, IMAX Theater, Starbucks and much more.

While I make every effort to stay on top of pest control and regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent, I cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see an occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
