This cozy 1800 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is walking distance to a park for the family.
Cozy up in the winter to the fireplace or enjoy the outdoor Kiva. In the summer cool off with the brand new refrigerated air.
Walking distance to the petroglyphs, 2 miles away from the bosque trails; right around the corner is golfing at Ladera Golf Course.
Downtown is just 10 minutes away and Old Town is an 8 minute drive.
The space
All bedrooms have brand new comfortable mattresses.
The living room couch is large enough for the whole family to watch tv on the new LG 4k 65" tv. Dining table has 4 chairs and an additional 4 chairs on the breakfast nook.
The front bedroom features 3 large windows overlooking the front yard and neighborhood, providing plenty of light for the in-home office space. Wifi in the house is up to 300Mbs, and 2 wifi repeaters throughout the house. The house is outfitted with smart home equipment (Nest, Ring, Wifi Lock) for you to enjoy.
The middle bedroom has 2 twin beds and an additional inflatable queen mattress is available to put in any room.
The house has plenty of sheets, blankets and towels and a washer and dryer if you need to do in-house laundry.
Outside there is a covered patio with a table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or dinner with the family. Additional seating available around the Kiva fireplace.
Guest access
All parts of the home are available to the guest except the shed in the backyard. The 2 car garage is open to guests and the garage door opener will be available to guests.
