About this apartment rental
Our expertly decorated home great family home in a charming neighborhood. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for four. This home features great vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural light. There are two queen beds in the studio apartment. Additionally we offer a full size stackable washer and dryer and one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The living room area features a 55 inch smart television and free wifi. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Our home does have a private entrance, a dedicated parking spot and visitor parking available if needed.
We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.
This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area.
We are pet freindly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.
You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
