This was our first try at being snowbirds and our first time using VRBO. It was a very good experience.
The property's amenities were great and as advertised. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were in one part of the rental while the other two bedrooms and bathroom were in the other part by the kitchen. The second bathroom was connected to one of the bedrooms creating a second ensuite. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was an outside area with a pergola, table, and chairs.
In addition, the rental was behind a security fence, there was a garage available and a carport.
The property is located just a couple blocks from a park that connects to miles of multiuse trails.
We only had one reason to contact the owner, and she replied quickly and solved the problem.

The guest house was great. The property is beautiful and the owners put a lot of thought into making it a vacation rental. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and linens and towels were hotel quality. One of the better VRBO rentals we've stayed in.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. If you like having your own space and room to stretch out, this place is perfect. Well definitely stay here again when we come to Albuquerque!!
