The house was our home for the time we were there, from the beginning after confirming our reservation. The owners sent out detailed information and instructions on arriving and details.
We arrived and upon opening the door felt at home, comforting and inviting. The decor in the home is warm, open and very zen we loved the zen garden area in the living room, upon entering the kitchen area we were greeted with a hand written welcome card and flowers, everything you need to prepare meals and extras are there, spice racks and all! Coffee area is all set up and stocked and labeled for ease.
The back patio area has ample seating and a fire glass table top as well, the grill was a wonderful addition to cooking we had a small family dinner at the house and was enjoyed by all. The bedrooms are wonderful with everything you need to be at home, closets with hangers and baskets to place laundry in which you can also launder when you’re traveling which made things much easier for the longer trip. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! There really isn’t much that Colleen and Ted haven’t thought of in making this a place you can call home and not needing to go out and get things. That travelers sometimes forget: shower supplies hygiene etc.. we will definitely be staying here when we travel back to visit family.
In addition I would like to send a warm heartfelt thank you to them as well- one of our bags was left behind as we departed and they immediately reached out and got it shipped back to us!!!! Colleen and Ted thank you from our family to you for hosting us and offering this beautiful property! Don’t hesitate to book here you won’t be disappointed.

Very quiet and comfortable home, thoughtful touches and nice decor. Location close to the Petroglyph National Monument and easy to access other parts of the surrounding area. Kitchen was well-appointed with cookware and utensils which made fixing meals easy. Appreciated the comfy bed linens and beds. The bathrooms had everything we needed including toiletries, blow dryer, plenty of towels, nice showers and even cozy robes to lounge around in. We appreciated the laundry which we took advantage of and also the use of the garage for our rental car. Everything was thoughtfully provided including some beautiful fresh flowers.
We planned to grill out one night on the backyard patio and discovered there was no gas in the tank. The microwave set-up was a bit problematic as it wasn't securely anchored in its space over the oven which made it annoying to use. The TV reception was a bit glitchy for a few nights as we were watching the olympics it kept buffering - we did a reset a number of times with the router and also unplugged it which seemed to reboot the system.
