Our “White Sands” master suite bodes a king size bed and updated en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The “Sandia” room named after our majestic mountain range is equipped with a queen bed and located across the hall from a fully renovated bathroom with lots of charm. Lastly, our “Roadrunner” room offers the flexibility and space for up to two more guests with a pull-out trundle daybed. All bedrooms have brand new mattresses, sheets, and towels. Additional features and amenities that makes this vacation home special include a dedicated wine fridge, full size kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and private fenced-in backyard with access to a rooftop deck for great views of the mountains, golf course, city lights, and early morning hot air balloons. This property also includes refrigerated A/C and a designated private drive and parking space. Enjoy a quiet retreat or family vacation while taking in the sights of the Three Sisters volcanoes in perfect view from the rooftop deck. This home was designed to be kid-friendly with games and books to enjoy in your downtime as well as includes a living room desk for remote learning or work on the go. Two TVs are included in the living room and Master bedroom with Rokus for utilizing your own favorite streaming service. Very well kept and the labels were such a great touch. We never wondered which light switch was which and knew exactly where everything was. The only surprise was that this isn’t a standalone home—it’s connected to a separate residence. That didn’t present an issue at all, it was just surprising.

At the last minute another brother and his wife decided to go with us to Abq bringing our total to 6 predominantly senior adults. The place was near perfect for us! Great location, plenty to do nearby and super clean. The hosts were responsive and made us feel at home. All of the basics are included (spices, cooking items, etc.) Snacks were available upon arrival and much appreciated! Great place and I highly recommend this house!

The property is generally very well-kept and we'll sized for a group of 4 to 6. Albuquerque is a very spread out place. The property is on the northern side of town but Old Town access is perhaps 15 minutes. It's near major roadways so getting around is easy but you'll definitely need a car. One of the streets is a bit busy during morning & evening rush with associated noise.
