Our Casa is an Adobe style two story home; very large home with full kitchen, dining room, living room upstairs study, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a beautiful large balcony with a mountain view. Private parking on the property, private patio with night lights, outdoor fire pit. BBQ grill and Patio Furniture. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has AC and Heating. The house is located in the Heart of Historic Old Town Albuquerque!! Just minutes away from all kinds of tourist attractions; Old Town Plaza, Casinos, museums, bio parks,. Quick access to the interstate, great transit system. Local eats and dives to have a drink and relax. Walgreens within walking distance. Nice quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Parking was easy and secure. 3 blocks walking distance from Old Town square for souvenir shopping. Delicious meals at Level 5 and Guardunos Mexican cantina. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

House is awesome. Location in Old Town is very nice. The beds were not very comfortable but overall a great house otherwise. It was quiet and private and I would give it 5 stars if they had better mattresses.

House was as described. Fantastic location and easy walk to old town. We loved reading the family history of the property and our host, Earl, was super responsive.

Pros - good location, well supplied, easy checkinCons- House looks shabby and needs a deep cleaning and new paint, updating. Bathrooms not really clean.Furniture looks like a garage sale. The sheets were old and thin and the towels were old and dingy. Bedspread on king size bed was horrible, although there was nicer stuff in closet. I saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Had to take batteries out of one of the smoke detectors as it kept beeping. We were asked to strip beds, clean stove and dishes, take out trash. This really bugs me when we are paying a cleaning fee
