The house (65 m²) with a modern and neat décor, on one level, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower, a large living space with the living room, flat screen TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker and Senseo, fridge-freezer,...), the washing machine is in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, board games, radio. Welcome gift with local products! You can enjoy the enclosed outdoor land (about 450 m²) with terrace, deckchairs and barbecue! Possibility to provide you with a cot, baby bath and high chair. Nearby: Beaches, golf, mini-golf, water sports centre, equestrian centre, casino, hiking trails (GR34), Thalasso du Val-André, large aquarium of St-Malo... enough to occupy your days!
For visits The magnificent Cap-Fréhel: visit on foot or by boat (walk from Cap d'Erquy to Cap Fréhel by boat along the coast), Fort La Latte, the Sables d'Or and its dunes, Erquy, St-Cast-Le-Guildo, Le Val-André and its Thalasso, Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach (favorite village of the French in 2015), St-Malo the corsair city, Dinan, Dinard and even Mont St-Michel are nearby!

Cleaning fee 60€ if you have no pets and If there are animals, cleaning fee 90€. If you clean properly, this package will not be charged to you by mutual agreement. Flat rate to be paid on arrival.
