The Cocoonr agency is offering this 60 m² house for rent in Plurien, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The house is on one level, with two steps leading up to the sleeping area. It is laid out as follows:
– A 30 m² living room with a sofa bed (140x190), a TV and a wood-pellet stove.
– An open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area.
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a gas barbecue, a washing machine and a plancha.
Outdoors:
– A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with a shaded pergola and furniture to enjoy sunny days (dining area and 2 sun loungers).
– A fully enclosed garden of 370 m² with an outdoor shower (cold water).
– A garden shed with 2 adult bikes and 1 child’s bike available, plus various outdoor games (frisbee, badminton set, balls, tennis rackets).
