About this house rental
The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 3*-rated house in Fréhel, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), less than 3 km from the beach (5 mins), with a floor area of 75 m² and sleeping up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room with a magnificent sofa and two armchairs, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
NB: The house is situated in a recently built housing estate, where construction work is still ongoing in the surrounding area.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, a washing machine and a cot.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 250 m² garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Fréhel, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
