"L'Emeraude 2": New house for 2/4 people located in Fréhel (Pléhérel-Plage) in a quiet area (at the end of a private driveway) 500m from the beach!
The house (90m2) with a modern and neat décor, on one level is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and tv and 1 with 2 single beds), a large living space with pellet stove, living room, flat screen TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (senseo and classic), fridge-freezer, a bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit and heated towel dryer (hair dryer), separate toilet and a garage where you can leave bicycles, strollers, surfboards... The washing machine is also in the garage, ironing board and iron.

You can enjoy the enclosed outdoor land (about 450m2) with terrace, deckchairs and barbecue!

Cleaning fee 60€ if no pet, 90€ if there is a pet (if the cleaning is done correctly by you it will not be charged by mutual agreement): to be paid on site
