About this house rental
In Plurien, just 2 km from the beach, this charming 75 m² house can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a pleasant 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a TV area, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Outside, you'll also find a 420 m² garden, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet.
The accommodation comprises
Raised ground floor:
- A 16 m² living room with dining area
- TV area and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A veranda
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Basement:
- A garage
- A boiler room
- Shower "back from the beach" and separate WC (only accessible from outside the house)
Outside:
- A lovely 420 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and a south-facing, east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A balcony on the ground floor accessible from the dining room
For added convenience: barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
In the surrounding area, in Erquy and Pléneuf Val André, you'll find a variety of beaches, hiking trails (GR34), as well as sporting activities: dinghies, catamarans, sand yachting, kitesurfing, kayaking, coastal longe, diving, paragliding, Accrobranches, hiking, tennis, golf, cycling, horse riding.
The Sables d'Or beach is 1.6 km away (access on foot or by bike).
Public transport :
- You can park directly on the plot in front of the garage or in front of the gate.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour 20 minutes by car.
