In Plurien, 2 km from the beach, we offer this charming 75 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 420 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190). Access from outside the house
- Shower "back from the beach

Raised first floor:
- 16 m² living room with TV and sofa
- Dining room
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A veranda
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside :
- A lovely 420 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and a south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A ground-floor balcony accessible from the dining room
For even greater comfort: barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Plurien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nearby, in Erquy and Pléneuf Val André, you'll find a variety of beaches, hiking trails (GR34), as well as sporting activities: dinghies, catamarans, sand yachting, kitesurfing, kayaking, longe-côte, diving, paragliding, Accrobranches, hiking, tennis, golf, cycling, horseback riding.
The Sables d'Or beach is 1.6 km away (access by foot, bike...).
