Offering optimal comfort for 2 adults and 2 children, this 45m² accommodation located on a large 1000m² wooded garden is ideal for a seaside holiday. Also enjoy its proximity to the prestigious Fréhel golf course to improve your swing!
This chalet offers a beautiful bright living space, with an open kitchen equipped with gas hobs, refrigerator, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals. The living room/dining room will allow you to enjoy your meals around its table or to relax on the sofa while enjoying the calm and the view of the verdant garden. You can also watch a film or follow a sporting event on television.
The chalet has two bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x200). Upstairs, there is the second bedroom, with a sloping ceiling, with two single beds (90x190), accessible only for children. A bathroom on the ground floor, with a shower and hairdryer, completes the chalet to ensure your comfort.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful garden by relaxing on the sun loungers, and its terrace will be perfect for your outdoor meals. A barbecue is also available for you to share grilled food with your loved ones.
For greater convenience, the chalet is equipped with an iron, a washing machine and 3 private parking spaces at your disposal.
