"Just had 3 weeks in this wonderful home very big for four of us we were greeted by the lovely owner with Far Breton and cider the house was immaculate the surroundings fantastic 2 minutes walk to a fabulous beach a perfect centre for exploring the area peaceful and quiet just the place to sit out with a glass of wine in the evening. This is a beautiful part of Brittany and only 45 minutes from the ferry at St Malo We will definitely be back in 2014"

Maison accueillante,nombreux jeux pour adultes et enfants.Endroit très calme,pour se reposer,faire de la rando,la plage est proche. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.

Maison agréable, spacieuse et tranquille, où rien ne manque. La maison est très bien située pour profiter des panoramas et des promenades du Cap d'Erquy. Nous avons été enchantés de faire la connaissance de la propriétaire dont l'accueil est aussi simple qu'amical. Un plus : les dessins d'enfants qu'elle a choisis pour décorer sa maison !

Die Kommunikation im Vorwege (wann kommen wir an und machen die Schlüsselübergabe) war einfach, problemlos und super nett. Die Vermieterin spricht und schreibt gerne auch auf englisch und auch ein bisschen deutsch. Das Willkommen war herzlich, das Haus in einem guten und sauberen Zustand, Ablesen vom Strom-, Gas- und Wasserzähler selbstverständlich inklusive eines kleinen Willkommensgrußes für die Einstimmung. Das Haus ist einfach aber vollständig eingerichtet, funktionstüchtig, alles für die Terrasse war da, der Garten ist groß, geht rund ums Haus und ist soweit "abgeschlossen", dass der Hund sich frei bewegen konnte ohne auf der Straße zu stehen. Das Haus liegt - wie angegeben - als Pfeiffenstil-Grundstück hinten und so ist es herrlich ruhig und man hört keinen Verkehr von der Straße. Die Übergabe/Rückgabe des Hauses/der Schlüssel war super einfach und unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wollen gerne wieder drei Wochen in diesem Haus unseren Bretagne-Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank Madame Rault!

nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette location nous étions 5 adultes ,la maison est spacieuse et chaque personne avait son intimité.le quartier est très calme et la maison est parfaitement située pour visiter une belle partie de la bretagne.la propriétaire est sympathique et disponible pour les heures d arrivée et de départ.notre petit chien a également apprécié le jardin fermé.bref:une magnifique semaine merci madame régine rault

Cette maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, nous avions de la place et nous sentions vraiment bien. La maison est très bien équipée, exactement comme sur le descriptif. Le fait qu'il n'y ait aucun passage sur la propriété donne un sentiment de repos et de tranquillité, c'est super ... L'accueil est très sympathique, les plages, l'environnement proche sont magnifiques. Bien-sûr c'est aussi la région qui est magnifique avec ses côtes et paysages très variés. Merci aux propriétaires pour cet accueil et ces belles vacances, nous reviendrons rapidement.

Nous avons eu un accueil vraiment sympathique dans cette maison très propre, spacieuse, claire et gaie. Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti très bien, grace à tout ceci , au fait qu'elle soit parfaitement équipée, comme l'indique le descriptif et au calme, ce qui est très précieux. Elle est très proche des plages, des sentiers dont nous n'avons cessé de profiter. La région est particulièrement exceptionnelle, magnifique et pas très urbanisée, il s'en dégage un sentiment d'être en pleine nature. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très très intéressant, ce qui est un avantage énorme. Nous reviendrons prochainement pour retrouver cette belle ambiance. Cyril.

C'est exactement la maison que l'on souhaite trouver, spacieuse, bien équipée, claire et très propre. Arriver dans cette belle maison et s'y sentir tout de suite bien, avoir de l'espace, c'est vraiment du bonheur. D'autant que le prix est plus que raisonnable et l'accueil fort sympathique. Cette maison nous a beaucoup, beaucoup plu. Elle est conçue pour y séjourner à plusieurs sans se gêner, mais partager de très bons moments de convivialité. Le descriptif est absolument juste, elle est très bien équipée. Nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Quant à la région, à chaque saison on peut en profiter différemment, que ce soit pour les randonnées ou les sports de mer, on ne peut vraiment pas s'ennuyer, il y a tant à découvrir .... La région est magnifique, tant de belles balades et d'activités possibles, entre le cheval, le golf, le paddle.... Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette belle maison spacieuse, où tout le monde trouve sa place. Les prestations sont excellentes, le jardin clos permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité, on peut stationner sans difficulté. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Quant à la région, elle est vraiment magnifique, et les sentiers côtiers à proximité de la maison permettent de très belles promenades sur une côte préservée. Nous reviendrons très bientôt.

nous avons passez une bonne semaine en famille ( 10 personnes et 2 chiens )- maison très fonctionnel et bien entretenue - très bonne gentillesse des propriétaires et bien disponible- nous y reviendrons certainement une prochaine fois- plage à 700m- cap frehel-château de la latte- st-malo- st-Brieuc-les sables d'or les pins.
