About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house for rent in Plougrescant, approximately 1 km from the beach, with a surface area of 92 m² and capacity for up to 10 guests.
It consists of a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a garden of approximately 1,100 m². Sheets and towels are included, so all that's left is for you to arrive!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x190) that can be converted into a king-size bed
- Bedroom 3: with 4 single beds (90x190)
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A first bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- A second bathroom (with shower)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,100 m² enclosed garden, south-facing, with unobstructed views
- An outdoor shed serving as a summer lounge and storage space
- A 32 m² open terrace and a sheltered terrace with furniture and deckchairs to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Plougrescant, in a quiet and very pleasant environment, on the edge of the GR 34 hiking trail. All essential shops are less than a kilometer away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
Beach, kayaking, water sports, oyster bars, shellfish gathering, hiking (100 km of coastal trails), seaweed center, Gouffre site, Maison du Littoral, Festival du Chant Marin in Paimpol (depending on the year), fest-noz and various summer festivals.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly behind the house, or depending on the size of the vehicle (less than 1.65m high), in the garage of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lannion 30 min (26 km) or Tréguier-Plouguiel 10 min (8 km)
- Nearest airport: Brest 1h40 (120 km)
