Locke Mountain Townhouse at Sunday River Ski Resort

This four-bedroom luxury Sunday River townhouse, where you'll have a private deck, access to a community swimming pool and hot tub, and outstanding ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Sunday River. Make yourself at home with two living spaces, wood-burning fireplace and open concept kitchen / living / dining area. 
 
The townhome is on three levels. The main living area includes a large mudroom that allows for generous storage of ski gear. The sunny living room provides beautiful mountain views. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking meals. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. A bar height counter provides seating for an additional people. A bedroom with queen bed and adjacent bathroom rounds out the main living level.

The third level features a master suite with king bed and private bath. There is also two bedrooms with a queen beds, and full bath on the third floor.

The lower level has a fourth bedroom with two set of bunk beds. The lower level living area is a great place for kids to hang out after a day on the slopes!

The Locke Mountain community also has a private complex with a heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as an indoor sauna, changing rooms, and a roomy lounge with a fireplace, games and a TV. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
