Welcome to "Marty's Magic Haus", our newly built Sunday River mountain escape nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Maine, just minutes away from the renowned Sunday River Ski Resort. Designed with a unique blend of modern elegance and spacious comfort, this one-of-a-kind retreat features stunning interiors crafted to provide the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure alike.

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- You will have full access to all of the amenities of the home!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. The grill is hooked up to a propane line.
- Guests will be required to supply their own firewood for the fire pit.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.
POOL HEATING:
Guests will always have access to the hot tub and sauna. The pool is ideally open from Memorial Day – Labor Day (Late May to early September) - open & close dates are somewhat subject to weather & season!
If you would like to add pool heat (up to 82-85 degrees), you can add it for $30/day or $180/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The filter and heat pumps run from 7AM - 9PM, and it will take a few hours to warm in the AM. In a cold snap, the heater may not be as effective, and we do not issue weather related refunds for heating.

We had a great time at this Vrbo!! The hot tub and the sauna were amazing, the decorations were great, the rooms were very comfortable. The entertainment room has an Xbox and a pool table. Check in was very easy, we had an early check in and the whole process was seamless. They give lots of instructions before check in so you know exactly where everything is. We had a small issue with the wifi and the host was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. A few of the lights didn't work and the air hockey table was very flimsy, it rocks of you rest your hand on it while playing. The score lights didn't work on the table either but it didn't effect the functionality, we still played it lots! I took one star away because we are offered a late check out for a fee if we responded before 8am. I responded the night before saying I wanted to take advantage of this, but when I went to pay I was told the cleaners were already scheduled and we could no longer have a late check out. This communication was well before 8am so I was confused why the service was offered then rescinded so quickly. Otherwise we had a great time!

Place was great. Good views, close to south ridge, Matterhorn, etc… hot tub and sauna are a great addition. However the check out time is a little early, which would be the only negative. However it’s at the top of a hill. Bring your 4x4 or you might have a problem in the winter.

The disheasher was broken the entire time. I was not pleased. The sauna didnt seem to work and i didnt feel like troubleshooting. The beds were not comfortable for most of my family.
