CLOSED: After Columbus Day until the mountain reopens in the winter, and remains open until the mountain closes in the Spring
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time with 2 families. Plenty of room. Trail access was excellent. Pool and hot tub are a short walk. We’ll be back!

This condo is well situated right off the Wild Fire trail. You could easily have 4 couples and each would have their own bath and bedroom. Basement is a great place for the kids to have their own space. Place was clean and well equipped. The only complaint was the management was slow in returning emails. We were trying to get a later checkout (check out is at 10 which sucks for skiing) and we were told there “ may” be late check out available and we would get an email but there was a deadline. Well we never got an email except at 11:00 Saturday night telling us we missed the deadline. Apparently they only send out an email for late check out if it’s actually available and since there was a group coming in at 4, it was not available. Which is fine, but we didn’t know how to manage our morning logistics. When I finally called ( instead of emailing) they gave us checkout at 11 which helped.
I would definitely stay here again though. You can’t beat ski in ski out.
