Sleeping up to 14 guests, it's the perfect home base for family ski trips, mountain getaways, and weekends with friends.
Inside, you'll find the character of a classic ski chalet with thoughtful updates, including brand-new flooring throughout, two refreshed bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
The open-concept great room is made for gathering, with dining seating for 10, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living area warmed by a propane stove with all the charm of a traditional wood burner. Across the hall, a second family room features an 85-inch flat-screen TV and Sony PlayStation—perfect for movie nights and après-ski downtime. A separate closet stocked with games and puzzles provides even more entertainment for all ages.
Upstairs, the third-floor Tween Suite offers a fun retreat of its own, giving younger guests a space to hang out while the adults relax downstairs.
Outside, the fun continues with a grill, fire pit, swings, and your very own sledding hill. Whether you're enjoying après-ski around the fire or watching the kids play in the snow, there's something for everyone.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King bed with doors opening to a second-floor balcony. Peek through the trees to catch the mountain fireworks (when scheduled) or watch the snowcats grooming the trails after dark.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed and bunk beds.
Third-Floor Tween Suite: Four twin beds and a space all their own.

Sara was an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host and the house is beautiful and in a great location with a short walk to Sunday River. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I rented this house, which was a lot closer to the mountain than I originally expected. The treck to south ridge was easily made by my 5 and 6 year old.
The house itself was great. Clean, cozy, and plenty of space. Lots of bedrooms to choose from, ample parking, and close to stores for those last minute trips! I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.
