About this house rental
Location location location! This vintage chic chalet is located right in the heart of Sunday River Village. Quick walk to South Ridge Lodge, lifts, shops, restaurants & bars.
Inside this 4 bedroom 1.5 bath chalet the features are: Brand new flooring throughout, 2 updated bathrooms and beds for 16 people, fully stocked kitchen, family room, living room with gas fireplace and a third floor tween suite perfect for entertaining extended friends & family.
Outside use the grill, sledding hill, fire pit and swings for après-ski outdoor fun.
The open concept great room offers dining seating for 10 as well as a living area by the warmth of the propane fired "wood" stove. Another family room with 85" flat screen TV, Sony PlayStation and closets filled with games and puzzles is across the hall. We also have a bumper pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and dart board for your recreation enjoyment.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed and doors to second floor balcony - peak through the trees to see the fireworks when offered and snowcats grooming the trails at night

Sara was an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host and the house is beautiful and in a great location with a short walk to Sunday River. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I rented this house, which was a lot closer to the mountain than I originally expected. The treck to south ridge was easily made by my 5 and 6 year old.
The house itself was great. Clean, cozy, and plenty of space. Lots of bedrooms to choose from, ample parking, and close to stores for those last minute trips! I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.
