About this house rental
Privacy assured on 86acres with open space, extra-large deck, indoor pool that opens to the outside, hot tub, sauna, 3 fire pits, swimmable pond with beach, covered bridge, movie theater, rec space with bar and 9ft pool table all while being within minutes of everything the Bethel area has to offer. This is the perfect space for large gatherings of friends and families to spread out and enjoy time together. Weddings and events are allowed. Please ask for details before booking to assure we can host your event. Prices listed are for up to 12 people. Please enter the number of guests for accurate pricing. This is to create affordable access to the property for smaller groups. If more people stay at the property than booked, the difference in cost and a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The same applies to pets brought without paying the pet fee. We are trying to be fair with pricing so we ask for the same respect in return. Thank you for understanding.

This property is just as described and more! Every detail has been thought of and planned for so that you can make the most of your stay. There were a few glitches with the Vrbo app itself but the property owner more than made up for it. The property is beautiful, very clean and at the same time feels comfortable and family friendly. There are amenities for both pets and people! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, air hockey, movie room and so much more!! We are already discussing when we will be booking this location again. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing property with us!

The property was amazing! The host was very responsive to the few questions that we had and we really had the best time! Very family friendly and had the perfect mix of luxury and homey vibes. Short and easy drive to the mountain, 10/10 would stay again!

Our(2 families, 17 of us) stay was fantastic. Accommodations were great with plenty of room for us all. Very well stocked with all needed supplies. The pool was a big hit as well as the pond for skating. This is an annual trip for many years and first time staying at this property which was our best experience yet.
