- Pool and Jungle Gym access is only available in summer months. We open these two amenities from Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend only.

Terrific home and space for family travel, especially with young kids. The cabin is very well set up, high-end, and feels new. It has a wonderful open concept so the whole family feels connected. The outdoor space leaves nothing to be desired! View, sauna, play space, games, pool, hot tub. Checks all the boxes. There is plenty of beautiful hiking and exploring nearby, ski slopes right down the road. Can't be beat. We would highly, highly recommend!

Lots of fun things to do at the house including swimming, using the hot tub, watching movies, making s’mores at the fire pit, playing games at the poker table, and relaxing in the outdoor “igloo” to see the stars. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Very close to Sunday River during ski season, but still lots of fun to have at the house during the off season. It comfortably fit our group of 16 adults

This house is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views and plenty to do for the kids. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. The layout is thoughtfully designed, ensuring both comfort and convenience. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with the family. Highly recommend!
