Welcome to Greenbriar Lodge, a spacious three-level mountain retreat perfectly set on Greenbriar Road with true ski in and ski out access to Sunday River. From the back patio you can simply clip in, follow the short private path to Ridge Run, and be at South Ridge Lodge within thirty seconds. It is an easy, natural glide that makes the start and end of every ski day effortless for families and groups of all ages.
Inside, the lodge offers six comfortable bedrooms, generous common areas, and a high-ceilinged lower level that provides plenty of room for gathering after days on the slopes or exploring the mountains. Large windows bring in natural light while the layout creates an easy flow between the kitchen, dining room, and living spaces. The lower level is perfect for games, movies, and relaxing at the end of the day.
The outdoor spaces were designed with year-round enjoyment in mind. The home features a large deck and patio that overlook a spacious yard where guests can enjoy lawn games, outdoor seating, and summer barbecues. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the private hot tub and take in the quiet mountain surroundings.
Greenbriar Lodge puts you within walking distance of South Ridge, the center of activity at Sunday River. Guests can enjoy close proximity to restaurants, après ski spots, live music, fireworks displays, and weekend festivals throughout the year. In the warmer months the resort offers scenic chairlift rides and a steady schedule of family-friendly events.
The lodge is also located just ten minutes from the Sunday River Golf Club, known for its stunning mountain scenery and exceptional course design. A short drive brings you to downtown Bethel, a classic New England village with great dining, local shops, craft breweries, and access to a growing network of mountain biking and multi-use trails.
