About this house rental
Unwind at Chalet at The Peaks after a day on the slopes. Located just minutes from the resort and convenient to many popular restaurants and shops, this mountainside home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms on three spacious floors of living space. Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a gas fireplace to warm up by. Take in the commanding views of Sunday River Resort in the outdoor hot tub or relax in the large upstairs primary suite with a beautiful tile shower. House has Level 2 - 70amp charger for electric vehicles.
To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Fabulous long weekend! We had 10 adults adult children with their significant others as well as family friends. Plenty of space for everyone!!! Hot tub was a huge hit! So conveniently located to the mountain and all the Apres ski hot spots! The host were super responsive and check in process was easy Highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Three families stayed here and it was a great time skiing at Sunday River. The property management company is SUPER responsive. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had a lot of thoughtful touches added by the owners. You could tell that they stayed here a lot and cared about maintaining it.
