I agree with previous reviews that you are really paying for the location in this case. Very close to the harbour and most of the pubs and restaurants, it is obviously an old building, maybe a fisherman's cottage? We had a tiny room on the top floor, extremely cramped, barely big enough for two, but but we coped as we were basically only sleeping there. Shower and loo were again very cramped indeed but just about manageable. Proprietor Ken was helpful on first meeting, taking our cases upstairs and giving us lots of information about eating places etc.

After the first day we didn't see the proprietor again until we left 3 days later, so there was no opportunity to raise a couple of minor safety concerns we had about facilities in the room. I did mention them when we saw him on our departure so hopefully those will be fixed.
