The apartment is basically one street away from the main street in St Ives, and only a short walk to all beaches. Not sure you could get a better location!
We stayed at Trenwith Car Park as the other one was full. This was about 10 minutes uphill (or downhill depending on direction ☺️) and as we are mobile this was absolutely fine for us.
Emma, the host, was also super helpful and responsive. The recommendation folder she left was great and super helpful when one of our dinner reservations cancelled on us last minute.
We stayed in the middle of the July heatwave, so was pretty hot. We closed all the blinds and curtains and it was fine for us. However, if you need AirCon/fan, it might have been a struggle.

Everything. Modern but in country style. Clean. Host is friendly. Good location
The seagulls started screaming right outside the window from around 3:30 in the morning. The windows are old, so it felt as if they were sitting right on my pillow, shouting directly into my ear and making it impossible to sleep.
