Such a special beautiful guest house in St Ives, in an exceptional location. Karen and her daughter were so easy to deal with and we appreciated everything they did to help us. The flap jacks were such a treat and so delicious.

The property was spotless and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location was fantastic, close to the beaches, as well as a great selection of shops and restaurants within easy reach. We wish we could have stayed more.
The only minor downside was the steep stairs, though the owner was very transparent about this and it was clearly included in the information before we booked. Being on the third floor also meant it could get a little warm at times. A portable or convertible air conditioner, or a small cooling unit, would be a great addition especially on hotter days but it certainly didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. We would still highly recommend this property and are very thankful for a great stay.
