The room was clean and tidy.

We stayed two days and the second day the hot water was gone and the heater didnt work. The night was cold

Bed is big, comfy and very clean. Strong water pressure in the shower.

Has a coffee machine but didn't found the pod for it. Since we're travelling with tight plans maybe it's good to have the coffee pod next to the coffee machine instead of needing us to look for it.

The property is fantastic for short-term stays: great rooms, kitchen and common areas with a garden. Omid, the manager, is extremely helpful and kind. Really recommend.

The kitchen was nice with all the necessary things and, if needed, you can wash your clothes too.

Kitchen is shared facilities, so the floor was not the cleanest. Our room had wet spot on the carpet.

Good price good place .Due to our health issues, we were concerned about the comfort of our stay. Therefore, we made a few special requests. Mr. Omid was attentive to our requests and did everything he could to ensure a flawless stay, and as a result, we had a problem-free stay. There's free parking in front of the property. There's a large supermarket called Sainsbury's just a two-minute drive away. The city center is also a short drive away. The property offers rooms in the main building and one in the inner garden. We easily settled into our room after receiving an email regarding entrance. The room is equipped with basic hotel room amenities. We had no problems with hygiene. There's a shared kitchen, dining and seating area, and a small inner garden.In every accommodation place I've ever been to, all the teflon pans have been scratched. That's why it was important for me to have a steel pot. And yes, there were steel pots. And I didn't need another pot. it was so important for me . so i was happy .Essential supplies include stell pots, pans, spoons, forks, plates, glasses, salt, spices, oil, coffee, baking paper, and other essentials like dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. There are two stovetops, two ovens, two refrigerators, and two coffee makers, so we could prepare meals without clashing with anyone. There's a washing machine with a drying function in the kitchen. The dryer isn't quite dry enough for wearing, but I recommend the 1-hour "ready to wear" setting as the ideal wash. Items should air out in the garden for a few hours. Alternatively, you can iron them. There's an iron and ironing board in the kitchen and living area. Guests try to keep the common area tidy and clean to handle their own mess, but a staff member still prepares the common area daily. We were able to prepare and eat in a very clean area. There's also a barbecue and a clothes drying rack in the garden.

Good clean accommodation. Room big enough to shower and sleep only. But adequate space to cook/chill/work/relax provided by full size communal kitchen with all facilities + large shared indoor space + large grassed communal garden with gazebo and BBQ. Close to supermarket, pub with Indian food 100m around the corner as is the bus stop straight into Cambridge city centre. Cooling fan provided which was a must for Summer time sleeping!

Room was very nice. Parking was a bonus. Very near to bus route into city centre. Had breakfast around the corner ar Eden Cafe. Dinner in Brook pub (Indian Gastro Pub) Both excellent. Orbital owner(Omid) very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay there again .

Bedside lamp didn't work . Omid suggested replacing with one from the lounge but I said it wasn't important.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. While not in central Cambridge, there is a bus stop just around the corner with regular service. The shared kitchen facilities are good and you get to meet other voyagers. There is free parking if you have a car.

The garden was nice and big and there were five of staying in the garden house rooms which was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with a coffee machine and pods which we weren’t expecting. It was in a quiet area so wasn’t noisy at night time.

The shower in room seven was a bit loose.

The beds were comfy, I suppose. It was very warm in the room, which is good for people who can sleep when hot.

I had booked for 8 of us to stay in 4 double rooms. We arrived late, around 10/11pm, as we had an event that day. That's when I noticed I'd only been sent the codes for 3 rooms. With no answer from the owner we made do. Luckily, 1 person didn't come with us so the 7th person stayed with a friend. I showed proof I hadn't received the information for the 4th room and we were unable to use it. I spoke to the owner through text & on the phone. Yet he still refused to refund payment for the 4th room. Scammy? We were also told we could have a parking space for one car. I asked for at least two considering there were 8 of us. He said to double up on the driveway and block each other in. I accepted this at the time. However, there were at least 4 empty spaces the night we stayed. So the other people of my group who paid for parking elsewhere didn't need to. There were old shampoo /shower gel bottles in the shower provided (nice touch?) but there were strands of hair under them which led me to believe that it hadn't been cleaned. Grim.

The room was a good size, with a large window and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The shared kitchen was well-labelled and easy to find what you needed (plates, etc.). The location of this stay is not central but easily connects to where you're trying to go. The room was clean.

There is a lot of random furniture in the room the doesn't necessarily add anything to the space. It is a difficult space to furnish, but there are some pieces that could be taken out (e.g. the desk at the foot of the bed). Additionally, the shared kitchen is in need of a clean - dusty and grimy blinds, unkempt stovetops, etc. The other guests need to clean up after themselves (there were dishes in the sink from my arrival to departure), but the overall kitchen needs a but of a deep clean and refresh.

Cleanliness

Was really impressed that there were communal spaces including full kitchen and small garden. Room was very clean too, nice hot shower and instructions to get in were very clear. It's a little strange not to have any contact with a human as there is no reception, but the messages from the company were clear, well-written and welcoming. It is a good location for walking to Coldham Common parkrun! And nearby Mill Road had loads of cafes perfect for Saturday morning stroll on the way into Cambridge city centre.

The location was good and the kitchen facilities were very useful. Interaction with the other guests was a pleasant surprise.

Check in was a bit awkward and impersonal. However a phone call quickly resolved the issue.

Location was brill for us, and the fact it had parking, room was a good size and well presented and bed was comfy. Shower was a good size and had towels provided. Key system also worked well.

The only thing I wish it had was a kettle in the room, the building had a communal kitchen but sometimes it nice to have the option to make a cuppa from your room.

Everything was pretty much spot on! Parking was a good bonus too.

Only complaint would be the bed frame was very creaky.

A great budget option for Cambridge. Room was lovely and clean and fresh with a decent sized TV. The shared kitchen was very well equipped and a nice place to meet other residents.

The ensuite bathroom was a little cramped and the cookers in the kitchen needed a clean.
