Perfectly adequate for my purposes, but let down by the dilapidated state of the kitchen units

The location was great, it is only a short drive from the Science Park. It was well supported by the owners, the on-site parking was great and the EV charging was very good, and reasonably priced. Landlord, very pleasant and eager to help sort any issues.

The heating was unreliable at the coldest time of the year but there was provision of an oil filled radiator that partially made up for the lack of heating. Bathroom hand basin inaccessible for brushing teeth, too small and shelf too low. Had to use kitchenet sink for this function. Shared Kitchen, the kitchen cupboard doors are loose don't fit properly and feel like they are going to fall off. The bedroom is very cramped there is very little room around the bed, access on one side only. Didn't use the TV as couldn't find the BBC or any recognisable standard UK channels. (I generally use my phone anyway, so no real loss here)

Right place, comfortable, but cooler than preferred, but convenient with my mobility issues.

Location ideal, room clean, access ideal, EV charging great and sensible pricing. Shared kitchen clean and fully functional.

All rooms rather small, handbasin in bathroom too small for tooth brushing. Heating only worked one night and then not very well. Oil filled radiator made up for lack of functional heating. Kitchen cupboard doors miss fitting and colliding with each other.

Shower was mouldy in room and the towels were clean but grey and meant to be white. Can't watch telly very well from the bed and no normal channels as no signal.

It was clean and relatively modern, perfect studio would stay there again as it was clean and the bathroom have a nice full overhead shower.

Immaculately clean room and facilities. Lovely outside patio and well equipped kitchen. Ideally located for Cambridge. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Very reasonably priced. I would happily return here on my next visit to Cambridge.

Good and clean

1. Fast response when i ask a question. 2. Very clean. 3. The shower room was clean and had everything you needed. 4. Bed was very comfortable and had good sleep. 5. All information you need plus the phone number for contact was provided. 6. Room 3 was exactly as the picture showed. 7. Free parking for 2 cars is a great bonus. But no worry if they are taken 50m down is free car park.

1. The noise from the road. There is a double glazing, but I still can hear a lot. 2. The inner walls need some sound insulation. I could hear all the conversations in the next room.

1. NO TOWELS!!!!! We dried ourselves on our bed sheets. 2. I was told my room was en- suite but it was a shared bathroom with room 6 3. No bed side lamp in my room - I used my phone torch

Ok for a one night sleep over

The room was clean and tidy. The huge bed was very comfortable. The living area was large enough with loads of light, the kitchenette was a bonus and the bathroom was a good size.

This is not a guest house. It is an HMO. All very impersonal. The room is a studio flat and ok for one or two nights stay. It isn't somewhere you would use for the base of a holiday.

Nice hotel room with a kitchenette

Easy self check in.Good location. Common Kitchen downstairs is well equipped. Room is tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable. Bedding is clean and smells good.

The shower is a bit leaking. One of the ceiling lights is not working. Only bits of toilet roll was left for us, although I searched kitchen cabinets and found where they are stored.

A good choice to visit Cambridge.

The apartments are fairly well equipped. Good wifi, free parking option, kitchen etc available. The host was communicating well.

The shower was not operating well, it was leaking at many places. The front apartment was quite noisy due to traffic. Also the front apartment is facing south and it was very hot. No air conditioning.

Ok room would be good if they checked at up for customer.

It had a double bed and sufficient bed clothes, I needed to make it cooler and as there were no instructions or not clear fan / temperature control.

The address name is similar to another and there isn't anyone on hand to help. Things were not art in the room correctly. Plugs and facilities in strange place, sometimes not useable, or put in wrong language or setting. E..g TV only had 1 channels that works. And an application was set up in a wrong different language that I had to spend a few hours to change it to normal English.

The shower in room 4 needs attention and only two towels provided and were extremely small. Hallways could do with dusting and cleaning.

It's a very convenient option for a nice and no-fuss place to lay your head. It met my expectations.

I liked the easy check in and it being very self contained. It feels safe. I used the kitchen but was also very glad to have a small fridge freezer in my room, staying during a heatwave. Bed is comfortable. Handy little desk unit and nice chair to sit in. Shower is fine. It's in a nice area although was a 50 min walk / £12 taxi ride from where I was needing to be during the day (my choice based on cost/availability).

Only a couple of small things. If I could change anything it would be to avoid having a room at the front. This is room 6 on the top floor, I couldn't leave the velux window open for air to flow through, due to traffic noise from the road which really seems to carry upwards and amplify in the room, so as a consequence didn't sleep brilliantly as it was so hot due to having to shut the front window. The door to the room is also not fitted correctly - the latch doesn't connect to anything. I had to wedge loo roll in to stop it rattling all night, even though it was locked.

Location and the room itself was nice

My room was right up the top and the stairs are narrow, deep and quite precarious for a person of my years. There was no one about to assist with luggage so I had to leave my suitcase in the car and just take up bits I needed as I needed them.

Very clean and well appointed place, the fit-out is of a high quality. The bed was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Good location near shops and take away.

Very good value for money

The place was nice, clear and well equipped. Check-in was seamless. The tea and coffee were convenient and very nice to have. There's a supermarket and commercial centre very close by.

Not that I didn't know that on advance, but it's far from the city centre, so we needed Ubers to come and go.

Would of been a nice place to stay if we didnt have the problems to start with.

The property was a fair size and location wasn’t too bad.

We came to see a comedian, checked in at 16:00 and wanted to get showered and ready as we were on a tight schedule but when we got into our room it was left in the same state as the previous people left it. No clean bed sheets, rubbish everywhere and bins full. Couldn’t get hold of anyone straight away so we didnt have time to get showered before we went out as the shower was dirty and no clean towels. When we got hold of someone they sent the clean to us who was fairly apologetic and said he would sort it straight away. We didnt have time so we left him to it and when we came back later on it was sorted.

A pleasant place to stay.

Facilities and room were just what I needed. Very clean throughout. Fridge freezer in room, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Well equipped kitchen downstairs. Supermarkets and takeaways close by in either direction. City centre, 5 min drive or an easy 25-minute walk away. Very pleasant stay and suited me perfectly, whilst working away from home.

Midweek stay in Cambridge

The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The WiFi worked well and there was a good choice of channels on the TV. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was always hot and had good water pressure. It was always easy to get free parking very close to the guesthouse.

The only thing I wasn't keen on were the pillows.

Clean, pleasant stay but needs a microwave

Comfy beds and room clean and modern. Information on arrival was good and no issues encountered.

There is an area with a sink and fridge so naively I was expecting a bit of a kitchenette though I may have made this assumption rather than that being advertised. Nowhere to cook, hence no pans etc. Suitable for cold meals and boil in the bag type meals due to kettle being present but that is it. Could do with a microwave to allow warm food to be consumed. This is the reason I downgraded my rating.

A quiet, affordable and comfortable option, quite near Cambridge city centre.

As a competitive option within walking distance of the city centre (takes 30 min), this is hard to beat. Modern, well-equipped and comfortable for the price. On a fairly quiet road (quiet except during rush hour), a 5-min walk from a handy Budgen store with a Costa machine! Comfortable bed, good heating and hot water, excellent double shower, handy kitchen-sink and fridge in the room and more cooking facilities in the shared kitchen. Wifi fine.

I didn't get any information! On arrival, I had to message to ask for the code to get into the keybox (which was sent to me straight away), and then to message again to ask for the wifi password. (Perhaps an information sheet had been mislaid from the room.) Parking is limited but I arrived quite early and it was very convenient for me. There are big roadworks on between the accommodation and the city centre at the moment, so driving into the centre would be tricky, but I walked. Limited number of bowls available - there were plates, cups, KFS in the room, but only three bowls down in the shared kitchen.

Two of the showers were absolutely boiling didn’t matter what way turned them the temperature remained the same, we all had to share in the other two rooms our friends booked.

I have such amazing time in this amazing place. First when I got there so easy to find with parking available. The check in was very easy without any hassle. Soon I got the room I was really impressed so clean and spot on . I completed live bed so big and lovely warn room. We had little issue with shower and the owner such lovely guy. Soon I called him he come and helped. He gave me another bigger and amazing room . I highly recommend this place without any hesitation…. Definitely I will came back.
