The Tas Suites - Tas Accommodations

I spent a few nights across 2 Tas properties in Perne Road and 9 Mill Road, managed by an exceptional lady called Nesli. She’s helpful and professional. I would love to stay in any Tas properties again.

9 Mill Road is literally just right on the street and it could be a bit noisy with buses going past but then it’s so convenient and easily walkable to city center. YK

The property has a very convenient central location, and the rooms are generally quiet. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with the basic appliances needed for a comfortable stay.

I have been staying at this property for several years and have generally enjoyed my experience, which is why I wanted to share some constructive feedback. Over time, I have noticed a gradual decline in the property’s cleanliness and maintenance standards. The carpets and walls appear increasingly worn and dirty, and some areas would benefit from more regular upkeep. One particular concern during my most recent stay was the bathroom, which did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly after the previous tenant checked out. This was disappointing and affected my overall impression of the property. In addition, noise has become more noticeable. Doors from neighboring rooms can be heard quite clearly when they are opened and closed, and the squeaking floorboards can be disruptive, particularly during quieter hours. I value this property and would like to see it maintain the standards that originally made it such a pleasant place to stay. Greater attention to cleaning, routine maintenance, and noise reduction would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

I had stayed at this accommodation before, and I like that, although the reception is not staffed throughout the day, everything is well organised and easy to manage independently.

This time, there was a sign saying that the window could not be opened because it had recently been replaced, but it did not indicate when it would be possible to open it again. The room was very warm, and the fan was not sufficient.
