Good value for money in a great location. Don't expect the world at these prices.

Excellent location on the Mill road close to great amenities and restaurants and good distance from the centre of town and train station. Easy to access with good shared kitchen and decent rooms with great wifi.

A little shabby around the edges but still clean. Some might not enjoy sharing a kitchen and fridge but was fine for me

Even though it is decently priced, our experience was not worth the cheap price point

Simple

The lock box outlined in the message didn’t exist so we didn’t know which lock box corresponded with our room. Even when we tried the code we were given on all the lockboxes, none of them opened. It eventually opened after us forcing it open. We called the numbers and they did not respond for a long time.

Initial room allocated smelt strongly of disinfectant but accommodation was helpful and change room. Bed needed to be replaced - poor mattress quality and bumpy.

Surpassed my expectations!

I stayed two nights while waiting for my ordinary accommodation. The room was nicer than I had expected. And not noisy at all, although on busy Mill Road -- it faced the courtyard. Wide and rather comfy bed. Good value for money and central location, still close enough to railway station. Will consider again.

The room had a desk - fine - but the one chair in the room was like a toilet seat, needs replacement. Two pillows on top made it possible to use. Saturday night one guest made a lot of noise by 4 am but he stopped pretty soon and I think this was an exception.

Brilliant for the price

Room 17 was clean, fairly spacious and bright. My expectations were low given the cheap price but everything was clean, bright and functioning, plus there was a kitchen with plenty of free coffee and tea.

I would definitely visit again!

Clean and warm in a nice location. Tidy with many useful accessories such as hair dryer and towels show that they care for their customers. Our room had many drawers and storage options -very helpful for those who plan to stay longer. The communication with the host was also very good. Finally there is a nice kitchen in the ground floor but I didn't use it. I would choose it again.

The TV needs a socket but it's not a serious issue for a couple visiting the city for some days.

Friendly and discrete place, great for a base to explore informally and without fuss.

A great place for the independent minded visitor. A great base to explore city centre, with food and a bohemian feel on your doorstep, and facilities to cater for self. I always enjoy visiting here

The kitchen can be tricky to negotiate when busy, but apart from that, this is a top venue I would recommend.

Horrible Customer Support and accomondation

Don’t book it. I booked it and read the Google reviews too Late. They have bed Bugs and Dirty rooms (towels, carpets etc.) I have Asthma and cant stay in Dirty rooms like that. The owner is as unfriendly as everyone says and very Arrogant. Worst Service ever! Don’t know what they think who they are but he wouldnt let me to cancel, even more than 2 months prior. Don’t support people Like That who only want Money and don’t Care about ppl and their guests!!!! Of course I did not Show up so they could not make Double amount of Money with my empty room and new guests. There are so many friendly people in Cambridge, Support them and Not those.

Staff complaint

The price was good. Room was relatively clean

The guy today 28th Nov night was not nice. When I arrived the door bell was not working so I tried to knock the window to get his attention, while he was playing phone. He got annoyed and a bit aggressive blaming me for knocking the windows too loud, while I had a lot luggage and couldn't get in. I made 2 same bookings by mistake and asked him if I can take Tonight double booking cause it was my fault, but cancel my booking tomorrow. He refused it. Saying it's policy, didn't even want to help me to ask manager. Travel a lot and made 4 bookings this place in 2 months, but wouldn't go back again. Staff being nice is very important.

Cosy room in a familiar home, exellent position.

Ecclellent location. Near to the railway station, National Express bus stop to Airport and London. Close to shops and bars and to the city center. Nice and cosy room. I liked the kitchen facilities. Coffee and tea always available. Staff very nice.

When the main entrance is closed (10 pm) it wasn't so easy to get into the second entrance with the code number given.

Room was (generally) clean and location was good.

Room had a fly infestation, we spoke to reception and they did nothing to try and resolve the issue. I've since complained and have been waiting over a day to hear back from the manager.

Central location good for a couple of nights

Close to town and our studio was off the main road. We didn’t use the kitchen but looked acceptable

Located between the train station and the town center, its location is very convenient, with several dining options nearby. There is a very good kitchen for common use.

The towels were not very clean, and I found other people’s hair on them.

Holiday was ruined but hotel staff.

I had a very bad experience during my stay at your hotel. After my first night, I received a call at evening ,while I was out, informing me that I had been checked into the wrong room. I was further told that hotel staff had entered my room, packed my belongings, and moved them without my prior consent .They should contact me as I was around Cambridge and I would come but instead they decided themselves .This is an insult .This situation has caused considerable distress and inconvenience, as well as a breach of my privacy and security. I believe this represents a significant lapse in guest care and trust. Given the seriousness of this matter, I feel it would be appropriate for the hotel to offer a complimentary stay for the duration of my visit. I contacted Booking.com about this matter because I booked the room at TUS Accommodation in Cambridge with them. Booking.com claims that TUS Accommodation does not respond to contacts. And that they are still trying to resolve the problem with TUS . What the hotel staff did was illegal. They explained it by saying the computer wasn't working and they thought the room was vacant! ? So my belongings, which were taken from the room, were invisible? They tried to stuff them into a backpack, crushed, mixed with food and toiletries, but they couldn't, so I picked up the open backpack from the floor at the reception desk hat night. I'm demanding compensation for the stress and ruined vacation.

Good price and great location.

They tried to charge £100 pounds as safety deposit, then said it wasn't necessary. The room was quite bare and the TV full of dust. No kettle in the room. Someone tried to enter our room at 4am.

Friendly staff on arrival - location was easy to find and I walked from the train station. Had everything you would need and there are shops and restaurants and a lovely greek cafe for coffee and breakfast on the main road.

More like a hostel than a hotel, poor security and service.

It was standard for the price and close to the centre

Arrived early, dropped luggage at reception but couldn’t check in before 10pm. The reception team moved my left luggage from behind reception to behind a sofa in an unsecured public area. No message sent to me. I didn’t find it until the next morning after a second search at around 8:45. There was no one on reception, communication very difficult with the only staff member I could find, as they spoke little English. They knew nothing about my bag, and said (I think) that there was no one on reception until 9 or 9:30.
