it was the fourth time i stayed at this hotel. I consider the hotel as value for money. you can have all facilities and also rooms are comfy, quiet hotel also. the parking could be bigger though but this is not so important. i highly recommend it for people travelling to Serres either for business or leisure. Walking distance of 5-10 min to city centre also.

Pleasant hotel in Serres.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, good breakfast, polite staff. Plenty of parking space.

The heating system cannot be regulated. It was extremely hot during night and we had to keep the sliding door towards the balcony slightly open.

Disappointing and if you weren’t at breakfast by 8 am you were lucky to find any and it wasn’t worth actually getting up

Location

Staff not helpful, sorry only one young woman out of all the staff there. Also was thrown in a shoebox of a room at the back corner of the hotel because they looked after some Soccer team that was there and we paid just as much as the soccer team. The hotel looked tired.

We have stayed at htis hotel before it has gone downhill. The only good thing was the parking

On arrival and checking-in I found that the pool and Sauna were not working, despite sending an email in July to check that they would be available. Apprently being renovated all month? The bathroom was in poor codisiton, no plug for the bath even after requesting one. The roof garden bar/restaunrant has been chnaged inot a 'disco bar'? It had no character and the food was poor. The service was also poor form 3 staff standing aound and not doing anything. This hotel has lost by custom

Disappointing Experience with Noise and Limited Spa Hours

The breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory. There were decent options available, and the quality of the food was acceptable. It provided a decent start to the day and was one of the few redeeming aspects of our stay. Also, the coffee was good. The room was clean and spacious.

First and foremost, our room was located behind the rooftop where a party was taking place. Throughout the night, the noise levels were unbearable. At 3:00 am, two or three girls were loudly playing, screaming, and even moving furniture, creating a constant disturbance. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to get a decent night's sleep. The hotel's lack of control over the noise from the rooftop party was highly disappointing and affected the quality of our stay. However, the spa facilities at the hotel fell short of expectations. Described as a spa, it was more akin to a gym with a pool and sauna. The limited operating hours of the spa were particularly frustrating. Despite being advertised as open until 9:00 pm. When I arrived at 8:30 pm to utilize the facilities, the spa's receptionist informed me that the spa closed at 8:45 pm and I didn't have time to utilize the facilities. The inconsistency in the information provided by the staff was disappointing and left me feeling misled. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback into account and makes improvements to ensure a more peaceful and accurate experience for future guests.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, free parking available, clean, nicely decorated. Breakfast coffee a plus

sauna is paid. separated for men and women. also theres a working timetable which is not exactly as the timetable shown on booking, but otherwise, decent.

We stayed on 2nd floor and it was too noisy(you couldnt sleep) until 12:30 clock midnight due to the fact that bar operates on 3rd floor

Clean Room with river view An ideal spot to explore the city of Serres and near by areas Personnel always with a smile. Always return to this hotel Walking distance (10 mins) from city center. Quit neighborhood ! Nice Breakfast with variety also from local tastes !

Good location - the hotel is near the city center. It has small parking in front, but also enough parking space at the back. Good breakfast - proper variety of food at the restaurant.

The hotel is definitely in need of renovation. The carpets in the corridors need replacing. The wallpapers in the rooms are peeling, the bathrooms are quite old.
