Located on 12th Ave in the best part of St. Pete Beach also known as Pass-A-Grille Beach. Two doors down to a wonderful beach, and 5 min walk to the 8th Ave quaint small shops and fishing pier. Our Pearl Beach The unit known as an Alcove Studio with full kitchen and living and sleeping areas. There also have outside seating areas for each unit and a larger one at the front. Very nice indeed

Great location- short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Cute, clean space with a fully stocked kitchen.
The property was fine. Its a small space for the price, but I knew that from the photos/description and its all you need when staying at the beach. There's no pool, the outdoor seating was tight/stuffy since its under a stairwell.
