Perfectly positioned in the heart of Pass-A-Grille, this guest house allows you to enjoy the rare luxury of walking everywhere. Access to the guest house is via a staircase, leading you up to your private retreat. One parking space is provided in the carport below, where you’ll also find the washer and dryer and the second bathroom conveniently located just off the parking area. To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the home, pets are not permitted.

Very good overall experience. Outstanding location with nice amenities. Opportunities for improvement: The move in cleanliness of the property was marginal and the follow through after a maintenance issue (roof leak) was not communicated.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 months and absolutely loved the place. Close to the beach and restaurants, on premise pool, grill, laundry...couldn't ask for more. Has a few glitches with the property during our stay but the management company was outstanding. Showed up in less than an hour. Highly recommend
