Beautiful 3 BR/2 Bath home overlooking the Tierra Verde Marina Resort. Newer furniture and furnishings. Queen sleeper sofa in living room provides sleeping for 8. Professionally decorated with extreme attention to detail. Open concept home with outstanding indoor/outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. Multiple sliding doors lead to the private heated pool overlooking the water. Enjoy a meal or relaxing with a cocktail and marina view. Weber grill to enjoy cooking delicious meals for family and friends.
Rear gate allows direct access to the marina. Boat docks can be rented directly from Port32 Marina for both short and long term. Convenient location to restaurants, bars, beaches and golf. Exterior perimeter cameras.
Island Grille Restaurant is only a 4 minute walk (.2) miles from the home!
*The pool cage was demolished by Hurricane Debbi and is no longer there.
*30 day minimum stay.
*Exterior cameras are located at the entrances front/rear.

Good location within reach of beaches either North or South.
St Petes not too far. Some OK bars and restaurants in easy reach.
Peaceful location with excellent facilities, well stocked with normal household and kitchen fixtures and fittings
