Residence Inn St. Petersburg Tierra Verde

I truly enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised. I booked a king size room and the room was rather spacious and comfortable. It was very clean overall, the bed was comfortable, my side view of the marina was nice, my son enjoyed having access to the larger pool, etc. the free breakfast in the morning was nice, although more options would have been great: pancake, waffles, etc. I thought I was getting the perfect Marina view based on what I booked but I did not get that. Overall, I don’t have any major complaints to be honest. I enjoyed myself and enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach.

I can’t think of anything truly. However, this was minor but I didn’t understand the empty room closest to the entry. I think that could have been a half bath or even another bedroom. It was a waste of space but it did not interrupt my comfortable. Just a suggestion. Also, there were two front desk clerks that i encountered. One was relatively new and was reviewing training when i checked in. I don’t remember her name but she was tall in stature and she had such an amazing personality! She was so pleasant and so kind. Then, there was another front desk clerk, and again, I don’t remember her name. Respectfully, she was short and heavy set and I believe she wore glasses. She was not very pleasant or friendly. When I checked out, she made me feel as if she was inconvenienced. She don’t smile or ask about my stay or anything slightly friendly.

When we arrived, there was no television service due to satellite issue, and the heat didn’t work in our room. We had to move to new room at 11:00 pm. Neither were in staff’s control and they were very accommodating
