About this villa rental

Located in Pontedera, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 25-minute drive to Teatro del Silenzio or the 11-minute drive to Arno River (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, you can unwind by the private pool or sip a drink in the hot tub; you may also like the garden and balcony. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

This 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental features a BBQ grill and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Beautiful villa, well-appointed and with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy your evenings. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for our party of 10. Bonus points for the early evening spraying around the pool to keep it mosquito-free. The host lives nearby and is happy to help with advice when needed. We enjoyed very much our time at the villa and won’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends as well. Grazie!

This property location was stunning with idyllic surroundings and fabulous views as well as being convenient for exploring Tuscany and Cinque Terre. Great pool and great gathering spaces indoors and out. Multiple generations really enjoyed our great adventure. (Smaller cars a good idea on the last bit of road to the villa.). Silvia and Giuseppe warm, welcoming and really responsive.

Our family of 8 had an amazing week at this villa. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool was our go to place after a long day of sight seeing. We spent every night on the terrace which has an amazing view of valleys, mountains, sunflowers and more. Silvia was a great help in arranging restaurant reservations! There is a great little restaurant you can walk to - so good we ate there twice! If you go you definitely should try Le 3 Rane!! Would highly recommend spending time at this villa!!

Spacious property with a view to die for. Swimming pool was a bonus Hostess and host were gracious and accommodating. Optional events organized by the hosts were excellent.
