Beautiful villa, well-appointed and with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy your evenings. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for our party of 10. Bonus points for the early evening spraying around the pool to keep it mosquito-free. The host lives nearby and is happy to help with advice when needed. We enjoyed very much our time at the villa and won’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends as well. Grazie!

This property location was stunning with idyllic surroundings and fabulous views as well as being convenient for exploring Tuscany and Cinque Terre. Great pool and great gathering spaces indoors and out. Multiple generations really enjoyed our great adventure. (Smaller cars a good idea on the last bit of road to the villa.). Silvia and Giuseppe warm, welcoming and really responsive.

Our family of 8 had an amazing week at this villa. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool was our go to place after a long day of sight seeing. We spent every night on the terrace which has an amazing view of valleys, mountains, sunflowers and more. Silvia was a great help in arranging restaurant reservations! There is a great little restaurant you can walk to - so good we ate there twice! If you go you definitely should try Le 3 Rane!! Would highly recommend spending time at this villa!!

We stayed here in Sept 2019. The house is lovely and was big enough for our group (11 adults, 3 children). The view is amazing, nice pool (cleaned daily but it did stain our bathing suits). Location was good (we visited Pontedera, Pisa, Lucca and the Chianti area). Overall the house was better than we expected. This time a year there are many mosquitos so prepare :-)

Loads of space, with large bedrooms and reception rooms (which is difficult to appreciate from the photos - the villa is much more impressive in real life!). The location was perfect for us - under 10min drive to the supermarket, and we enjoyed local walks to the village (and recommend the restaurant Le 3 Rane) and to Montecastello.

The villa is bigger and more beautiful than the images on line. The home is rustic and big enough for a large family gathering. Silvia the host is brilliant, quick with responses and on hand if needed daily. The location is a perfect base for day excursions in the area. A Small local shop 3 minute walk from the villa and it also has one of the best Italian restaurants I have eaten in, in the village as well. Friendly locals all helped to make our stay perfect. Silvia also hosted a private dinner in the villa for us and it was outstanding. The pool was so relaxing and has the most stunning views. If you book here you won’t want to leave." Jennifer- 2018

Beautiful view, lot of space inside and outside, nice trips in the surroundings (Pisa, Firenze, shore, vineyards...), Silvia was very helpful. First week a lot of mosquitos, then after a measures been taken it was perfect.

Me and my friends really enjoyed staying in Silvias house. The house was perfect: the location, the garden, the pool and the view. Easy to get around, with car we could visit Pisa, Florens, the beach and the nearby old cities (Volterra for example). Also nice to get around by foot: the hiking/walking tour to Montecastello is cosy and the local restaurant ”Three frogs” in Treggiaia (5 minutes Walk away) is well worth a visit. We also appreciated the luxury of being 9 persons and still having our own ”private spaces” (since the rooms are located in 3 different levels in the house, and also thanks to the many bathrooms). Silvia is a great host - warm, helpful and easy to reach. We warmly recommend everyone that are seeking to enjoy Tuscany to stay at Silvias place!

"We were two families together (Norway), renting the villa for a week. It was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view! We just let the kids have the upper floor with two spacious rooms with 5 beds, and there is 3 bedrooms on the first floor with double beds. The property is also spacious, with a really nice big pool. Kids and adults loved it! Silvia is also producing her own olive oil that is absolutely marvelous. Treggiaia is close to Pisa and Lucca and one hour from Florence. We will highly recommend this to others."
