Air conditioning is available in the attic for 2 bedrooms and in the ground floor common area serving 3 bedrooms. Amenities include Wi-Fi, private TV, washing machine, homemade olive oil, and facilities for children, including 2 cots and 2 high chairs available on request.



Outdoors, you can relax in the private garden surrounded by olive trees or on the covered terrace with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. The private outdoor pool (12x6 m, 1.5 m deep) is open from May 1st to October 3rd and is cleaned daily. By the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols in the most scenic area. A private barbecue, shared ping pong table, outdoor shower, and mosquito control system are also at your disposal.



The property offers 4 shared parking spaces on site; events are not permitted. Audio and video recording devices are present in the entrance and common areas. Personal check-in is carried out by staff.
