Outstanding. The host and all the facilities were amazing. There were 15 of us ranging from 3 to 80 and all loved it. The children spent most of their time in the fabulous pool. The Alfresco dining area and seating area were excellent.Plenty of bath/shower rooms for all and multiple sleeping options which worked well for children and adults. Fully equipped kitchen and a huge BBQ outside - gas and charcoal. Pizza ovens were appreciated as well. We would return every year if we could!!

Our group of seven adults rented this villa for 10 days in early September. The house is spacious with beautiful furnishings and lots of seating areas for groups to gather. Fans are present throughout the house in all common areas and bedrooms. From dishes and glasses plus silverware of all types to kitchen pots and pans as well as kitchen towels and even spices there was everything we needed readily available. There were multiple types of coffee makers along with a super fast kettle for hot water.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and also well equipped. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and plentiful. We loved the pool area
I would strongly recommend that you use the chef services that can be arranged through the host. Her meals were truly the highlight of our stay! Coming in after a long day visiting the sights of Tuscany to the smell of delicious Tuscan food is a true joy! She took care of everything including serving then cleaning and putting any leftovers in the fridge and starting the dishwasher đ
Simone our host responded immediately to any questions and he provided us with suggestions on things to do, places to visit as well as local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. He and his family are very proud of this property and rightfully so

Beautiful property in a stunning location in the heart of Tuscany, a great place to get away from the hustle of city life to a tranquil setting in the country. Including the sounds of country life.
Well equiped with almost every convenience possible.
A weekly cleaning routine was comprehensive and well executed.
Security provided by the electric gates and parking for five or six cars easily accommodated.
Simone is the host and is English speaking, charming and helpful, providing hints and tips on request.
The swimming pool was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of high quality sunbeds.
The covered outside dining area was accommodating and the the pizza ovens and bbq were clean and convenient.
The patio and huge mechanical parasols were a great place to accumulate and socialise with the other group members.
There were toys and a trampoline at the front of the house for the children and a pool table (in need of tips for the cues) for the adults. Many large rooms available to be able to congregate and to separate as desired.
The location is a short distance from Lari a small, charming town with restaurants and shops. Supermarket's are available from a 5 or 6km car drive away.
Close enough to Florence, Pisa and the coast, to suit all preferences.
