A slice of heaven

Everything, the location was so peaceful, the pool was incredible the kids never wanted to get out. Even though the place was fully booked we often had the pool to ourselves and the place never felt busy.

Tuscan charm and lovely people

We booked a big apartment and stayed for a whole month with friends and family. It was an amazing place to spend time with dead ones. The staff was great and so friendy (a big thank you to everyone). We also participated to pizza party every week. The food was delicious ❤️ and we got to hear great stories from other guests. The whole place si so charming, especially the pool area. Lovely. Everything we planned to visit was one hour away so it was perfect for day trips.

Great place to relax and enjoy Tuscany

The property was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was very well appointed with a full kitchen and everything you need to cook with if you want to. The pizza party was awesome with meats and cheeses, bruschetta, lots of pizza, wine both red and white and lemonchello. The staff was helpful and friendly and really makes you feel welcome.

La Vita e Bella at Canale - just perfect

Superb relaxing few days in the Tuscan countryside, a perfect location for families and couples alike. Would be great for families travelling together. Basket of local food items and fridge with drinks including Soya milk, water juice, eggs etc were all an added bonus as was the invite to a wine tasting locally. Really good base for anyone wanting to spend time in Tuscany. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and nearby town with all you need to purchase food wise. Lovely Grazie!

A beautiful and quiet place to enjoy the views with everything you needed to feel like home.

We loved that the apartment looked and felt like a traditional Tuscan house. It was very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The hot water was temperamental while showering & not having a proper shower screen door meant there was water all over the floor after 5 ppl showered each day. This was uncomfortable when using the toilet as you had to wear shoes to avoid getting wet feet & be careful not to slip.

Relaxing countryside escape

Francisco was so incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to schedule us a fantastic dinner at Villa Lucindia (outstanding experience). Definitely recommend this place if you want amazing hospitality and to relax in the beautiful countryside.

If you are looking to be in a bigger city (which we were not), this may not be the place for you.

Amazing location and amazing toscan style of exterior and interior. Makes you feel closer to old days culture or even to the roman era..

the only thing that surprised me is the fact that you are charged separately for heating. seems so basic to us but ( like water and electricity) but we also dont understand the current energy problem in italy, so this is something that we can look away - special times :)

The welcome party organized on the day of arrival. Francesco was really helpful and kind with us. The room was spacious. The wine tasting was for free and that was a plus.

Very nice apartment in the nature

We were a family of 4 people staying at two bedrooms apartment. The apartment is very nice and convenient, well facilitated with a nice kitchen. There were two bathrooms, one per room. The outside yard is large and very nice in the nature with a nice swimming pool. We enjoyed very much staying there. There is a laundry machine that one can use for 5 Euros per usage There is no TV in the room, there is an external common video room

small amount of Electrical outlets we stayed at the ground floor, for privacy and to block the sun light one needs to close the windows' wood covers from outside

Tolle Lage mit Kindern und Hund, da es dort oben auf dem Berg so gut wie keinen Verkehr gibt. Alles sauber und ein traumhaft schöner Garten.

Heerlijke week met typische Italiaanse gastvrijheid

We verbleven in appartement Rosa. Twee ruime slaapkamers. Prima badkamers. Een eigen keuken met ruime koelkast en vriesgedeelte. Je kunt heerlijk op je eigen prive plek buiten zitten. Het meest opvallende is het personeel, echte Italiaanse gastvrijheid. Enorm behulpzaam, geven tips en adviezen over restaurants. Maken reserveringen bij restaurants. Dank je wel Sara, je hebt ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. 1 keer een ontbijt besteld, dat was ook fantastisch. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk. Genoeg bedden, en schaduw, een relaxe sfeer. Vriendelijke gasten toen wij er waren.

Niets, we hebben nergens een klacht over. Als we heel kritisch zijn, dan zou het douchegordijn iets langer kunnen zijn zodat het droger blijft. En 1 airco in de slaapkamer kan schoongemaakt worden, die ruikt niet fris. Maar wij hebben deze nauwelijks aan gehad, dat was niet nodig.

Muy lindo todo el lugar. Las instalaciones son excelentes pero creo que se aprovechan mas en verano. Para ir en grupo lo super recomendaria. Indispensable ir en coche. El host francesco es muy amoroso y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones

Goza de unos paisajes hermosos alrededor de la propiedad.

Nunca más regresaría a un ambiente tan hostil. Gracias por arruinarnos nuestras vacaciones. Nos tuvimos que retirar al tercer día y pagamos 8 días completos. Estábamos en el medio de caza de animales y se escuchaban los disparos todo el día. Además, los ladridos de los perros de los cazadores y los lamentos de los animales cazados. Los cazadores fueron vistos desde mi ventana y mis perros estuvieron escondidos debajo de la cama o de la mesa, alterados de miedo. Desde que llegamos solo escuchamos los disparos. Ademas, el piso estaba en un segundo piso con escaleras de piedra muy empinadas de difícil acceso. Los cuartos no eran cómodos. Había mucho frio y la calefacción no calentaba de forma correcta las habitaciones por no tener ventanas que sellen bien el frio. Las ropas de camas , las deberían de cambiar muy usadas y viejas. La ducha no tiene cortina y el agua estaba regada por todo el piso del baño. No hay forma de leer en ningún sitio que es una zona de caza . Si Usted ama a los animales. Pienselo varias veces.

Schöne Wohnung im Grünen- im Sommer!

Schöne Wohnung in altem Bauwerk, abseits der kleinen Ortschaft im Olivenhain. 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern , sauber. Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank.

Aufgrund des März kein Pizzaabend, der Pool abgedeckt und nicht in Betrieb. Extra Kosten für das Gas der Gasheizung berechnet, 10 Euro pro Tag. Aufgrund des Bauwerks ist aber heizen im März ein Muss.
