Maintenance issues, outlets that don’t work, soft spots in the deck, shaky railings.

View and location are incredible! Living room & kitchen area and back porch are spacious and great for group gatherings. Bathrooms have been partially updated but are clean. Plenty of towels and cook ware. Be sure to bring extra paper goods. Will 100% go back!

I opened up the Front Door and all the back doors and it felt like heaven. Watched college football from the couch but it felt like I was on the beach. Great unwinding weekend

The photos are what drew us in to this beach home. However at first glimpse when we arrived it is one of the older, less kept homes on the beach. The house is very old. Peeling paint and loose baseboards. Shower head was broken, and repaired within a day which we did appreciate. There were rusty exposed screws on the stairs, which was dangerous with little kids. Also railing was missing in on the porch and loose. One area was repaired with black nylon rope. The furnishings were nice and we did have everything we needed. Overall the trip was great. I would just beware of deceiving photos. House is definitely not as nice as what it seems online.
