The first floor features a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds and a guest room with 2 double beds, along with a full bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, the ocean-facing master suite includes a memory foam king bed and balcony access with partial sea views. A second king suite offers another comfortable retreat, while a queen bedroom overlooks a peaceful nature preserve and includes a 42" flat-screen TV. In total, the property includes 3 baths.

I would really give it a 4.5. We truly enjoyed our stay and overall it met our needs beautifully. Location of house and access to the beach were great! Pool area really entertained the grandchildren! There were maintenance and cleanliness issues that were needed before our arrival.

Fantastic Experience - The Vilano Beach property was well maintained, spacious and most importantly a friendly and responsive property management company. The house amenities from the kitchen to the pool were top-notch. Property distance to the ocean was a one minute walk. We will look forward to our next stay and our next opportunity to work with the property management company.

The house was spacious. We had 11adults and we did not feel cramped. House was less than a city block from the beach. Beds were verycomfortable. House needs some updating with regard to plumbing issues in the master bedroom, dishwasher not in good shape. We found the refrigerator filter not working and the microwave light not working. Deck needs some attention. Some floor boards are raised. Pool was clean and had a good seating area. Need more bath, hand and kitchen towels considering the number of people this house accommodates. Kitchen needs oven pans, hand strainer, and serving spoons. We like to cook and found that the kitchen utensils were not sufficient to prepare meals for 11 adults. We had a great stay though and recommend this house for family reunions.

This property was all we could ask for. Check in and Check out easy and description was accurate. Great location and amble room for large groups. We recommend to families and or adult groups.
