The home’s private pool offers a refreshing place to relax between beach outings, and pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy beach view and ocean view glimpses along with shifting sunset colors. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - make it easy to head out for a day along the shoreline. A private entrance and free parking for four vehicles add ease to every arrival.

Sleeping arrangements
Across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, the home accommodates up to 12 guests.
The first floor features a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds and a guest room with 2 double beds, along with a full bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, the ocean-facing master suite includes a memory foam king bed and balcony access with partial sea views. A second king suite offers another comfortable retreat, while a queen bedroom overlooks a peaceful nature preserve and includes a 42" flat-screen TV. In total, the property includes 3 baths.

Indoor comfort and entertainment
The first floor’s game room invites everyone to gather, complete with a 75" HDTV with Roku and foosball. Throughout the home, you’ll find washer and dryer access, WiFi, central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and bathroom essentials. Thoughtful storage, including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers, helps keep belongings organized during longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with an electric stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and space for shared dining at the table. Whether you are planning breakfast before the beach or returning from an afternoon in town, the layout supports easy cooking and conversation.

Set within the Vilano Beach community, the home places you close to both coastline and culture. The beach is just a short walk away, while downtown St. Augustine - with its waterfront views, landmarks, and dining - sits about six miles from the property. With self check-in via keypad and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, it’s a welcoming base for families, friends, and groups reconnecting by the sea.
